Mahindra XUV300 To Launch on February 15, 2019

Mahindra has currently officially confirmed the launch date for Mahindra XUV300 SUV. The launch date is set to be on February 15 next year. 

The upcoming SUV is set to launch on February 15, 2019

Right on the face of the launching, some Mahindra dealerships have accepted the bookings unofficially for the new SUV of Mahindra from the price at Rs. 11,000. The new SUV has been revealed with a set of official images for the last few days. 

In terms of concept, Mahindra XUV300 is based on Tivoli’s X100 platform. With the aims at positioning the car competitively, the automaker has modified and designed it to be a four-metre length body. The new XUV300 is expected to offer a new styling which is different from the Tivoli's even though its styling cues are underpinned from the larger XUV500.

As for the interior, Mahindra XUV300 will be available with a host of segment-first features including 

• Large 8.0-inch touchscreen

• Sunroof

• Dual-zone climate control

• Leather seats

It will be replete with a host of features

Regarding the power, the XUV300 will offer the same engine as seen on Marrazzo, which are 123hp, 1.5-litre diesel motor. Additionally, it also offers a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine option. At the beginning of launching, these two engine options come to mate with a six-speed manual gearbox. However, the automatic transmission is expected to be introduced afterwards.

The upcoming Mahindra XUV300 will be pitted against the established rivals such as Tata Nexon, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport and even Hyundai Creta in the domestic market.
