2019 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross facelift comes with some cosmetic updates while retaining the original specifications

The 2019 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross facelift has been launched in two trims, Standard and High-grade Z. The range starts from Rs 15.51 lakh (standard) and goes up to Rs 17.03 lakh (High-grade Z). Customers can book the new V-Cross at any of the official Isuzu dealerships. On the outside, the facelift comes with various styling upgrades, including a revised front grille, Bi-LED headlights, new fog light with chrome inserts, black B pillar and 18-inch alloy wheels. To the rear end, the rear bumper now gets chrome application and LED taillights. Previously, the exterior paint options included 5 colours, Obsidian grey, Titanium silver, Ruby red, Splash white, and Cosmic black. It is now increased to 7 options with two new choices, Sapphire blue and Silky pearl white.

The interior gets the all-black scheme in both variants. The revised seats come as standard too. The high-range High grade Z is available with perforated leather seat covers. The instrument binnacle now gets 3D design electroluminescent meter along with a gear shift indicator. Other new features include rear-seat USB charger port, keyless entry and go, as well as piano-black application. On the entertainment front, the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross 2019 facelift gets a 7-inch infotainment touchscreen with USB and Aux input, DVD player, iPod support and Bluetooth.

Isuzu D-Max V-Cross 2019 comes with various new interior features

The highlight of the facelift is the addition of a wide range of new safety features, including seat belt pre-tensioners, ABS and EBD, load-limiter, co-driver seatbelt reminder, speed sensing automatic door lock, hill holder as well as hill mode descent control.

Mechanically, the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross retains the ongoing powertrain of a BSVI-compliant 2.5-litre diesel engine with a 5-speed manual unit. This powertrain is capable of making 134 bhp and 320 Nm. To provide convincing off-road performance, the D-Max V-Cross is available with an all-wheel-drive system supported by the shift-on-fly system, multi-driving modes with high-ride suspension. Besides, the chassis is updated with iGRIP platform with higher ground clearance, longer wheelbase and wider track, which delivers high ride quality at a high speed.
