Here's a BS6 Maruti Swift With All Official Accessories

Maruti Swift is one of the best-selling hatchbacks in the country. It is loved by first-time car buyers and is also quite famous around enthusiasts. By spotting pimped up Swift with ease, it is evident that owners do love to accessorise their rides to fit perfectly to their taste. Also, Maruti offers a slew of accessories for the Swift that help in accentuating the car’s sporty appeal. We came across a video on YouTube uploaded on CarDirector channel, where a Swift can be seen loaded with all the accessories that Maruti offers.

The car in the video is the base-spec LXI variant of the Swift. It has been fitted with all the genuine accessories offered by Maruti for the Swift. However, it gets all of them in the piano-black finish. Starting from the front, we can see that the car gets a glossy black grille surround and a piano-black bumper lip on the lower side of the car. The lip is continued in the form of side skirt and rear diffuser giving the car a sportier look. On the sides, the steelies that come as standard on the LXI variant are replaced with grey alloy wheels of identical size. Also, the car gets door cladding finished in black colour, while the door handles gets chrome garnishes.

Moving on to the rear facet of the car, it gets a black spoiler, bumper diffuser, and antennae. A rearview camera is also fitted on the car. Maruti offers a set of accessories for the interior as well and they are fitted on this Swift. It gets front two power windows, a touchscreen infotainment unit with 2 speakers, which are part of Maruti’s Genuine Accessories package. The seats, however, remain as is with fabric upholstery. The cost of all the accessories installed on this car is Rs. 93,548, but these accessories can also be bought as a separate entity.

Swift is offered with just one engine option – 1.2L K-Series petrol motor. The 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine has a peak power output of 83 PS and a peak torque of 113 NM. That said, it is offered with two transmission options – 5-speed MT and 5-speed AMT. Maruti is also planning to introduce the powerful and fuel-efficient K12 DualJet motor in the Swift by the end of this year.
