Nissan Magnite Unofficial Bookings Available In Some Dealerships

Nissan Magnite is set to launch in India this month. The upcoming SUV will enter the compact SUV segment and compete against Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue and more.

Nissan is getting ready to launch its new SUV, Nissan Magnite. Even though the price details are not yet revealed, some reports suggest that the upcoming SUV will be priced somewhere around Rs 5.50 lakh and Rs 9.55 lakh. At the moment, some dealers have accepted unofficial bookings for the new Nissan Magnite at the token amount from Rs 11.000 to Rs 25,000.

Some dealerships have started receiving unofficial bookings for upcoming Nissan Magnite  

Reportedly, Nissan will introduce the Magnite by the end of this month. The official booking will begin in the upcoming weeks. The delivery of the Nissan Magnite might start early next month. It is confirmed that the Nissan Magnite will be offered in four trims, XE, XL, XV High and XV Premium.

Details and specs of Nissan Magnite are not fully revealed yet. However, the Japanese car manufacturer has provided with some key information of the new sub-four-meter SUV. In terms of features, the Magnite will be fully-loaded with features like an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatibility, voice recognition, 7-inch TFT instrument console, height-adjustable driver seat, multifunctional steering wheels, and many more. As for the safety, Nissan Magnite will be equipped with ABS and EBD, rear parking camera with sensor, seat belt reminder, traction control, rear camera with projection guide, vehicle dynamic control, hill start assist, and a few more.

Nissan Magnite Walkaround and First-look at Interior

Nissan Magnite is offered with two petrol engines, a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.0-litre turbocharged unit. A 5-speed manual gearbox comes as standard for both petrol engines. However, only the 1.0-litre turbo engine gets an additional CVT automatic gearbox. The naturally aspirated gearbox can churn out 72 PS and 96 Nm while the turbocharged engine makes 100PS and 160 Nm.

Nissan Magnite gets various colour options including Onyx Black, Sandstone Brown, Flare Garnet Red, Storm White, and Blade Silver. There are also three dual colour options, Blue Vivid Blue with Storm White, Flare Garnet Red with Onyx Black, and Pearl White with Onyx Black At launch, Nissan Magnite will fare against the likes of Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon and Maruti Brezza. It is expected that Nissan will give Magnite aggressive pricing.
