Upcoming Mahindra Marazzo MPV dashboard revealed

Mahindra today revealed the picture of the dashboard which features a neat style and sporting a dual-tone finish.

Recently, Mahindra Marazzo has launched their premium MPV named the Marazzo, Mahindra which is formerly known by its codename U321. This new name of the MPV means 'shark' in the Spanish language. Today, Marazzo's official website has revealed the picture of the car dashboard. 

In general, with a T-shaped centre console, the dash looks conventional in design with the dual tone finish. The lower part of the dashboard is covered with a beige colour. As for the upper, the black tone is the main influence. Additionally, it also features a textured finish to cover the extreme AC vents and incorporate the infotainment system as well.

A touchscreen infotainment screen is possibly a 7.0-inch unit which comes with features such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is expected to double as a display for the reverse camera.

As for the upper, the black tone is the main influence

The automatic climate control system is seemingly chunky dials.

As for the steering wheel, it is the three-spoke steering wheel to be embellished with faux-aluminium detailing on the lower spoke. Having a closer look, the cluster of buttons on the steering wheel also have ones for cruise control which is expected to be exclusive to top-spec Marazzos. 

To produce the new Marazzo MPV, the Mahindra North American Technical centre and the Mahindra Research Valley in Chennai has jointly engineered. This is the first time Mahindra’s two research arms collaborated together on a passenger vehicle project.

All versions of the Marazzo will come with standard features such as

  •  ABS

  • EBD

  • Rear parking sensors

  • Airbags

The model will comply with India’s latest crash test norms. The Marazzo MPV will hawk in the run-up to Diwali. It is expected to be priced between the Toyota Innova Crysta and the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
