This iconic Hindustan Ambassador model has been transformed immaculately with a host of well-crafted details by Ceramic Pro Calicut.

Hindustan Ambassador has been considered a legend of all Indian car aficionados. It comes as no surprise that the Indian roads still see an array of good looking and well-maintained examples of the Ambassador. This resto-modded Hindustan Ambassador below is one of the most immaculate transformations.

This Hindustan Ambassador has been modified by Ceramic Pro Calicut. Based on the Hindustan Ambassador Mark-II produced 1969 model, the car looks stunning with a beautiful bottle green colour scheme. The custom metallic paint-job has been contributed to this elegant appearance.

Ceramic Pro Calicut has made a modified version for the Hindustan Ambassador

Generally, the exteriors have remained from the original one. However, the beautiful paint job with a few cosmetic changes has added a glorious stance to the vehicle.

On the outside, the car brings on the clear lens indicators with a set of multi-spoke alloy wheels. These details keep the retro language look alive. The ORVMs is derived from the Maruti Suzuki Esteem.

Being viewed from the rear, the modified Ambassador is available with clear-lens tail lamps along with executive steering badges. With the aims to provide a premium look, the muffler top is chrome plated as well.

Regarding the interior, the Hindustan Ambassador is available with new-age modifications such as

  • Soft plastic dashboard trims

  • New instrument cluster

  • New AC vents 

  • New gauges

  • New gear lever

  • Wood faux inserts

Regarding the powertrain, there is no information mentioned whether the existing in the untouched or the modified one. The engine available now is the 1.5-litre petrol engine of the Mark-II Ambassador can produce a maximum power of 46.5 Bhp and a peak torque of 91 Nm.
