Hyundai Announces a New Version of Company’s Click to Buy Platform

Hyundai has made a few changes in its Click to Buy platform to make the online car buying produce more simplified.

Hyundai has recently announced new customer convenience features as well as benefits on Click to Buy Platform, which is India’s only end-to-end online car buying platform. It has been developed to offer an amazing future retail experience to the Indian buyers. Currently, Hyundai is offering 11 vehicles in our market namely- Santro, Grand i10, Grand i10 NIOS, all-new i20, Aura, Venue, Verna, Creta, Elantra, New 2020 Tucson & Kona Electric. The automaker owns a production facility in Chennai. According to the carmaker, the new version of Click to Buy mainly concentrates on customer convenience, user experience with an enhanced user interface, process enhancements and it aims to offer more confidence to the potential buyers by which they can opt for End-to-end online purchase.

The carmaker has focused on various key features-
1.   Less complicated car buying procedure with a better user experience on the website. 
2.   Reduced involvement and less dependency on sales executives.
3.   Provides precise information to the buyers- exact on-road price before login.
4.   The application now consists of more financing options like loan eligibility check along with the addition of leading banks. 
5.   Quick response to customer enquiries.
6.   Better customer convenience online.

These new enhancements will help new buyers to easily understand the application. Moreover, it will also help the exiting Hyundai buyers as they can book an online service appointment. These new changes will make the interface of Hyundai Click to Buy more understandable.
