Hyundai Venue Variant-wise Brochure Leaked Ahead Of Launch

Hyundai Venue will go on sale on May 21. Ahead of its launch, the details of each variant's offer are revealed. Here are the details of Hyundai Venue variant-wise features.

Hyundai Venue’s launch is just around the corner. The feature list for each variant has already leaked online and as per the leaked document, the new model will come in six variants, namely, E, S, SX, SX (O), SX Dual Tone and SX+ grades.

The entry-level variant of the Hyundai Venue will come with the rear parking sensors, dual airbags, body-coloured bumper and outside door handles, tilt steering and power windows. The S variant will even offer features like keyless entry, electrically adjustable ORVMs, dark chrome radiator grille, roof rails, front and rear power windows and glove box cooling. On the inside, the S grade will get rear AC vents, 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth and USB, four speakers and two tweeters, full-cloth seat covers and centre console armrest. The DCT version also gets some driving assistance features like electronic stability program (ESC), brake assist system (BAS), vehicle stability management (VSM) and supervision cluster with Rheostat.

The Hyundai Venue SX variant will come with rear camera, automatic climate control, height adjustable driver seat, cruise control and electric sunroof, wireless charger, 8-inch HD touchscreen infotainment screen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto and leather gear knob and steering wheel for the interior. On the outside, the SX will feature projector headlights and projector fog light along with LED positioning lamps. The next grade, the SX+, will also have wireless charger, navigation, Arkamys sound system, passive keyless entry with push-button start, air purifier.

On the top-spec SX (O), Hyundai Venue will come with the full range of bells and whistles. These will include chrome door handles, 60:40 split rear seats, rear wiper and washer, rear-seat armrest with cup holder, six airbags and more. In place of the fixed armrest on the lower variants, a sliding centre armrest will be added.

Hyundai Venue will offer three engine options to choose from. These include 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol (120 PS/172 Nm), 1.2-litre petrol (83 PS/115 Nm), and 1.4-litre turbocharged diesel engine (90 PS/220 Nm). The turbocharged engine will be mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual clutch transmission while the bigger petrol engine will be only available with a 5-speed manual transmission. The only diesel engine will be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission unit.

Hyundai Venue is expected to have a starting price of Rs 8 lakh. The B-SUV will rival the likes of Maruti Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, Tata Nexon and Mahindra XUV300. Bookings have been underway since last month and over 2,000 orders were recorded in just 24 hours of the commencement of bookings.
