Jeep Compass Facelift Price List To Be Revealed On February 4

Jeep Compass facelift is ready to go on sale in India. After revealing the India-bound Compass facelift, Jeep now confirmed that the prices of the upcoming model will be revealed on February 4.

Jeep finally unveiled the facelift version of the Jeep Compass last week. On the latest development, the American car brand announced that the new prices of the Jeep Compass facelift will be revealed on February 4.

In our market, the Jeep Compass facelift will be on sale in four variants, Sport, Longitude Option, Limited Option along with a brand-new top-spec S variant. In the new facelift version, Jeep Compass will be available with six colour options, Exotica Red, Minimal Grey, Bright White, Magnesio Grey, Techno Metallic Green, and Galaxy Blue. The last two options are brand-new and not available on the existing model. Let’s find out more details of the upcoming Jeep Compass facelift below.

2021 Jeep Compass Facelift - Exterior

As what you can expect from a facelift update, the majority of the updates will gather on the front face of the car. The new Compass will receive sleeker and boxier headlights, new honeycomb detail for the front grille, revised bumper with contrasting black trim connecting two fog lights at two ends. For the side profile, there is no significant update except for the new set of alloy wheels.

On the inside, the Jeep Compass facelift features a comprehensively updated interior that definitely sets it apart from the existing version. It comes with a large 10.1-inch infotainment screen with the latest UConnect5 connectivity system. This infotainment system also comes with over-the-air updates and Amazon Alexa support.

Besides the update of a new infotainment system, the facelift also gets new AC vent design and redesigned HVAC controls. The design for the centre console is revised to look cleaner and more sophisticated. There is also a visible upgrade in terms of material quality with new double-stitched leather wraps, brushed aluminium-like trim on the dashboard. In addition, the facelift receives a new three-spoke steering wheel and a 10.25-inch full-digital instrument cluster.

Jeep Compass Facelift will come with a thoroughly upgraded interior  

Other new highlight features of the Jeep Compass include a 360-degree camera, wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, wireless charger, ventilated powered front seats. Similar to the pre-facelift version, the Jeep Compass features the cruise control, climate control, panoramic sunroof, auto headlights, wipers, six airbags, ABS with EBD, parking sensors, and electronic stability control.

2021 Jeep Compass Facelift - Engines 

Under the hood, the powertrain setting remains the same. It continues to be offered with the same 2.0-litre diesel and 1.4 turbo petrol engines. These engines are good for 173 BHP and 163 BHP, respectively. A 6-speed manual transmission is available as standard for both engines. Moreover, each engine will come with a different automatic gearbox option. The petrol engine is mated to a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox while the diesel engine gets a 9-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

After receiving all of these updates, it is expected that the Jeep Compass facelift will get a bit pricier. Currently, Jeep Compass is priced from Rs 16.49 lakh to Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It will continue to lock horns with Hyundai Tucson, Skoda Karoq, and upcoming Citroen C5 Aircross.
