Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, the country's largest-selling carmaker, recently announced completion of 3 years since the establishment of Arena dealership chain tht retails the likes of Swift, Ertiga, Brezza and Alto
Back in 2017, Maruti Suzuki opened the first Maruti ARENA showroom. This retail channel was launched in order to deliver a highly-digitalized, seamless buying experience for the customers. By establishing the Maruti ARENA network, Maruti expects to approach the young and tech-savvy customer group. After going into operation for three years, Maruti has established over 745 ARENA showrooms across the country. Moreover, Maruti ARENA becomes a trusted place for car buyers to find their new cars.
Maruti ARENA was introduced to cater to the younger customers
Commenting on the three-year milestone of the Maruti ARENA, Mr Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director of Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India, said:
Maruti Suzuki ARENA was launched after listening to and meeting the expectations of a modern, dynamic, and young audience. Celebrating its third anniversary today fills all of us with great pride as it marks a transformation of our network and is a testimony of our commitment to customer satisfaction - the single-largest motivation behind our expansion, innovation, and design.
Positioned as the digitalized retailing channel, the Maruti ARENA showrooms are furnished with state-of-art technologies and devices. The fully-equipped facilities allow the customers to get the detailed specifications of car models as well as other information of the carmaker via the digital devices. Moreover, Maruti also offers a personalized experience for customers thanks to the smart i-Create system integrated into the touchscreen navigation portals. This system will memorize the customer’s preference and suggest the most suitable customization options for the customers.
Maruti Arena is designed to provide a tech-driven and comfortable experience
Apart from the highlight of modern techs and gadgets, Maruti ARENA showrooms are designed in a way that customers will feel comfortable and relaxed. Considering the current pandemic, the Indo-Japanese car manufacturer also applied new practices to ensure the safety for customers when they visit the showrooms.
At the moment, the Maruti Arena is selling nine models from Maruti’s India-spec production line-up. These include the Alto, S-Presso, Wagon-R, Celerio and Celerio-X, Swift, Swift Dzire, Vitara Brezza and Ertiga.
