New Honda Amaze Production Begins, Launch on 18th Aug

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) has commenced the mass production of the upcoming Honda Amaze. Despatch of the new sedan to dealerships from the company's manufacturing plant in Tapukara, Rajasthan has also started. The new Honda Amaze will be launched on 18th Aug.

Speaking about the developments, Mr. Rajesh Goel, Sr. Vice President & Director, Sales and Marketing Honda Cars India Limited, said:

After the successful ramp-up at our manufacturing plant streamlining supplies for all models, we have begun the mass production and despatches of New Amaze to ensure the availability of cars across the network from the time of launch. We are confident, the new Amaze with its more premium & sophisticated offering will appeal to our customers and be the perfect choice for their families.

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) has recently started accepting pre-bookings for the new Honda Amaze at all authorized Honda dealerships across the country for a booking amount of Rs 21,000. Interested customers can also book the car online through ‘Honda from Home’ platform on the brand's official website for an amount of Rs 5,000.

The new Honda Amaze will feature a stylish new look, striking exterior changes and enhanced interior. The current model of the sedan is its 2nd-generation and Honda's largest selling model. It is a contemporary and premium model offering ‘One Class Above Sedan experience’ with its bold design, sophisticated & spacious interiors, outstanding driving performance, advanced features, and safety technologies.

Expect the new Honda Amaze to come with visual changes and some additional interior features. The new sedan would come with the same engine options as before - a 1.5L i-DTEC diesel engine and a 1.2L i-VTEC petrol. For the transmission, there would be both manual and CVT options.
