Tata Motors Announces Free Safety Campaign

Tata Motors has announced the commencement of Mega Safety Campaign for its customers. The campaign will offer free check-up of the cars and a free foam wash for the vehicles.

Tata Motors has been focusing a lot on the safety parameters these days. So much so, the manufacturer has announced the ‘Mega Safety Campaign’ for its customers, where they can avail a nation-wide free safety-check for their Tata car across any Tata workshop. The campaign will commence from March 15 and will run till March 31, 2020. Along with the safety check, the carmaker is offering a free wash for the vehicle and heavy discounts on lubricants, parts, labour costs, and annual maintenance contracts. Apart from offering the freebies and discounts, the manufacturer will also hold sessions to encourage consumers to drive safely on the roads.

Tata Announced Mega Safety Campaign To Celebrate National Safety Month

Tata Motors will also encourage its customers to drive safe by conduction sessions to give tips about the same.

“Customer safety has always been at the forefront of our brand. We are delighted to be conducting free safety check-up camps for our customers. Through the roll-out of this camp, we aim to ensure the overall safety of our customers and raise awareness regarding safe driving and vehicle maintenance. This effort is in alignment with the constantly evolving safety norms and seeks to equip our customers with the best safety practices.”

With the launch of Mega Safety Campaign to celebrate the National Safety Month, Tata Motors has also launched the latest version of the TMSC (Tata Motors Service Connect) app. According to the carmaker, the new version of the app is faster and offers 24X7 breakdown assistance support on the home screen itself. With just a click, it will connect to the TML call centre and will also locate the customer for providing help.

Coming back to the Mega Safety Campaign, it will cover a thorough inspection of the engine, brakes, clutch, transmission, suspension, steering, lights, IRVM, ORVMs, wheels & tyres, AC, horn, seats, door locks, and seat belts etc. to keep a check on the overall safety of the vehicle and the customer.

Apart from this service campaign, Tata Motors is also conducting media drives of the new 2020 Harrier that comes with a panoramic sunroof, powerful engine, and an automatic gearbox.
