Check out this brilliantly modified older-generation Hyundai Creta that feature design elements from a Land Rover Range Rover SUV.

The previous-generation Hyundai Creta was an immensely popular car, favoured by everyone seeking the space and comfort of an SUV without the bulk of a gigantic car. Hyundai’s brand value and aftersales support also helped matters. Of course, a lot of buyers love to customise their cars, and the same is the case with the Creta. We dipped our hands deep into the barrel and found a brilliant looking example at the very bottom, a modified Hyundai Creta.

The video above was posted on YouTube channel ‘Gafoor Ali’. It shows a customised Creta with Range-Rover-esque design elements. The front of the car features a chrome-plated honeycomb grille with the elliptical ‘Land Rover’ Logo. There is also ‘RANGE ROVER’ branding on the bonnet just above the grille. The headlights feature projector lamps with angel-eyed LEDs and an LED strip.

The side profile of the car seems largely the same, except for the blacked-out alloy wheels with low-profile tyres. At the rear, we see the blacked-out taillights, another Land Rover logo under the right taillamps, followed by another custom logo, of which we couldn’t be sure if it represented something. There is huge “RANGE OVER” lettering on the tail hatch. We suspect it was a typo, but again, we couldn’t be sure.

As this is an older generation model, it would feature one of these three engines- a 1.6-litre petrol, a 1.6-litre diesel, and a 1.4-litre diesel. The 1.6 petrol unit generates 123 PS and 151 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. The 1.6 diesel motor pushes out 128 PS and 280 Nm, while the 1.4 diesel mill is good for 90 PS and 224 Nm. Both the 1.6-litre engines could be bought with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic, while the smaller 1.4 could only be had with a 6-speed manual.
