Although the Chevrolet Spark has been shelved, it is still on sale in the used car market. The vehicle in the video has been thoroughly customized to make it more off-road capable. To be more specific, in terms of the exterior, the most significant modification can be realized on the side profile with a new set of bigger and wider tyres. To spare the space for the new tyres, the front bumper has given way to a modified aftermarket bumper. The front also gets aftermarket LED lamps. The rear bumper has also been customized to enhance the appearance of the Spark and create space for the new tyres. Moreover, the Spark also looks more appealing, thanks to the smoked taillights.

There are also two cameras mounted to the car: one in the front and the other in the rear, which can help the car detect obstacles when going off-road. The Spark hatchback is also equipped with a kit of wooden planks which can be utilized as a supporting pad for the tyres or to place the jack on soft surfaces. Also, many electrical alterations have also been done to the vehicle. All of these features make the Spark look like a real off-roader.

As can be seen in the video, the Chevrolet Spark goes through the sandy area quite successfully without any issues. The car runs on high engine RPM; the new aftermarket tyres supply the sufficient support to make sure that the vehicle does not get stranded under any circumstances. The Chevrolet Spark is powered by a 1.0L 3-cylinder motor which is good for a maximum power/torque output of 62 bhp/90 Nm.

While it is common knowledge that the bad terrains demand the use of SUVs. However, if you know how to modify your car in the right way, even an FWD hatchback, which is usually associated with city use for a mid-sized family, like the Chevrolet Spark, can be customized into an effective off-roader.
