This Kia Sonet has been modified to adopt the Dracula theme strongly, to make it adhere by its TVC in a better way.

Kia Sonet is slated to be launched on September 18 in the country. The sub-4m compact-SUV from the South-Korean carmaker will rival the likes of Tata Nexon, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, and Mahindra XUV300. Based on the same underpinnings as the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet has a lot common with its elder sibling – Seltos. It gets a nice design with great attention to detail. With certain touches inspired by the wild, Kia is using ‘Wild by Design’ tagline for the Sonet. Also, in its TVC, the carmaker has tried to relate it with the wildness of Dracula. However, in the real, only the Heartbeat LED DRLs are reminiscent of vampires. But, here’s a digitally tweaked Sonet that follows the Dracula theme, quite strongly. This digital modification has been performed by Samir Heman.

In the rendering, it can be seen that the designer has thoroughly de-chromed the car, except for a few bits. The chrome elements have been replaced with a black finish. Elements like the front scuff plate, radiator grille surround, fog lamp housing, headlamps, and alloy wheels are now finished in the black paint scheme. With the black paint scheme of the car, these changes make the Sonet look scaringly-alluring. Also, the headlamps now get two LED rings that accentuate the appeal furthermore. The designer calls this as Dracula Edition. We too agree with the name as the tweaks have helped it fall in line with the complete vampire theme that Kia is showcasing it with.
