Maruti Swift is among the most customized hatchbacks offered by the carmaker in the Indian market. In its segment, it directly rivals with the likes of Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Ford Figo. People prefer customizing Maruti Swift because it is cheaper to maintain. Here are a few images of a Maruti Swift which has been tastefully modified by the customizer.

The Maruti Swift you see here is the second-gen model of the hatchback. Talking about the modifications, upfront, it gets aftermarket headlamps with LED DRLs. To give the hatchback a muscular look, it gets custom wide body kit along with an aftermarket bumper and splitter. The bonnet of the car features a big hood scoop for better airflow.

The side profile of Maruti Swift employs aftermarket deep dish alloy wheels, which have enhanced the overall stance of the hatchback as it looks more aggressive. Moreover, it also gets side skirts and flared fenders. Other than this no customization has been done on the side profile of the car. The rear fascia of the hatchback gets a sporty looking spoiler, aftermarket bumper and LED taillights. The overall cost of these customizations is not known, but it seems to be quite expensive. With all these customizations, this Maruti Swift now looks more eye-catching.

This is the second-gen model of the hatchback, and it was offered with a petrol and diesel engine. The ongoing model of the car is powered by a 1.2-litre four-pot gasoline mill, which develops 82bhp of peak power and 113 Nm of twisting force. The engine comes coupled to a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT. It is rated to offer an ARAI certified mileage of 21.21 kmpl. Inside, the Maruti Swift comes loaded with features like a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a semi-digital instrument console, automatic AC, steering mounted controls, reverse parking sensors and much more. It gets retailed at starting price of Rs 5.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
