Mahindra Bolero has recently received a facelift and offers a fresher appeal. However, if you still find it boring, here's one which is trying to look like a Jeep Wrangler.

Modification is an exercise which, if performed by experienced hands, can transform a boring set of wheels into a mean machine. Something similar has been done with a Mahindra Bolero here, which is now converted into a Jeep Wrangler and does look good in this new avatar. We came to know of this modification job by a YouTube video, which was uploaded by Paras Sundra. The Mahindra Bolero in the video has been modified by Green Army Customs, who are based out of Gurugram, Haryana. The donor car, the Mahindra Bolero here, share genes with the Willys Jeep. Thus, we understand that converting a Bolero into a Wrangler makes at least some sense. But, it sure isn’t an easy task as the Wrangler is much more sophisticated than the rather bare-bones Mahindra Bolero. Still, we think that the tuners have done a pretty neat job. Have a look -

The Mahindra Bolero in the video has been heavily transformed with completely different, front, side, and rear profiles. On the front, it now gets a redesigned bumper, angry bird radiator grille, custom bonnet, redesigned fenders, and custom wheel arches. All of these elements are inspired by the Jeep Wrangler. Moving over to the sides, one can see this Bolero now sits on massive 35-inch MT tyres. It continues to get the 5-door layout, but the doors and wing mirrors are now inspired by the Wrangler.

On the rear, the story is similar to the front and the side profiles. It gets a tailgate-mounted spare wheel and Jeep-like tail lamps. The dashboard comes from Mahindra Thar and is wrapped in leather at places. So is the case with the interior. The upholstery features a diamond-style stitching pattern to give the quilted texture. Also, a dual-pane moon roof is fitted on this modified Bolero.
