A few dealerships across India have already started taking unofficial bookings for the new generation Creta. Potential buyers from places like Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai can pre-book the all-new Hyundai SUV at a token amount of Rs 10,000-25,000, which varies from dealer to dealer. The new-gen 2020 Hyundai Creta has made its India debut at the Auto Expo 2020, and one can expect the car to hit the showroom floors by next month.

The all-new 2020 Hyundai Creta now gets new looks, upgraded interior along with an all-new BS-VI compliant motor. As compared to the ongoing model, the new-gen SUV looks sharper upfront. Moreover, at the front, it gets the company’s signature cascading grille. The illumination duties are handled by split LED headlights and LED DRLs on the top along with an LED strip beneath the headlights, which looks quite sports. The SUV also employs redesigned fog lamps along with a new bumper integrated scuff plate. 

The side look of the SUV has been redesigned too, it gets squared-out wheels, 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and smart-looking C-pillar finished which is finished in silver colour. The rear section of the new Creta looks quite appealing. It features a low-set license plate and new split LED taillights. The interior details of the all-new Hyundai Creta are not out yet, but the Korean carmaker has already confirmed that they have also updated the interior of the car.

The 2020 Hyundai Creta comes loaded with features like BlueLink connected phone tech, panoramic sunroof, cooled seats, wireless charging and much more. Mechanically, the SUV will be powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, and a 1.5-litre, turbocharged oil-burner. Both the motors churn out 115bhp of power. It will also get propelled by a 1.4-litre, turbo petrol engine. The 1.5-litre petrol mill comes coupled to a 6-speed MT and a CVT gearbox, the 1.5-litre diesel mill comes paired with a 6-speed manual and an automatic gearbox. The 1.4-litre, the turbo petrol engine comes connected to a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 7-speed DCT.
