Here is the detailed walkaround video of the new Hyundai Verna facelift. The updated sedan is priced between Rs 9.30 lakh to Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Just a few days back, Hyundai Motors India has launched the 2020 Verna facelift which is priced between Rs 9.30 lakh to Rs 13.99 lakh(ex-showroom, Delhi). Hyundai is offering the mid-size sedan in three different trim levels namely- S, SX and SX (O). One can book the new updated Verna for a token amount of Rs 25,000, and it now employs some significant cosmetic and feature updates over the previous version. The overall design language of the 2020 model is inspired by the latest Russia-spec Solaris.

Hyundai is offering the mid-size sedan in three different trim levels namely- S, SX and SX (O)

The front fascia of the sedan looks lively than ever. It features a wide cascading chrome grille along with a new set LED headlamps. The headlamp cluster also employs sportier LED DRLs. Moreover, the sedan gets a newly redesigned bumper up front. The side profile of the updated sedan gets a new set of 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, chrome door handles and restyle side mirrors.

Moreover, the rear profile of the car gets revised boot lid along with new LED taillights. In terms of dimensions, the 2020 Hyundai Verna is 4,440 mm long, 1,729 mm wide and 1,475 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,600 mm. The sedan rivals with the likes of Honda City, Maruti Ciaz, VW Vento and Skoda Rapid.

Hyundai is offering the updated sedan in six different colour shade options namely- Fiery Red, Phantom Black, Titan Grey, Polar White, Starry Night and Typhoon Silver. Inside, the car comes loaded with features like a fully digital interment cluster, front ventilated seats, wireless charging pad, touchscreen infotainment with Blue Link connectivity, multi-function steering wheel, automatic climate control and much more. The new sedan derives power from three BS6 compliant powertrain options, which consists of 1.5-litre petrol and diesel motor along with a more powerful 1.0-litre turbo-petrol motor. The transmission duties are done by a 6-speed MT, CVT, 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox and a 7-speed DCT.
