6-seater Maruti Suzuki Ertiga To Launch With A Different Name Via Nexa Dealership

The largest car selling brand, Maruti Suzuki has set to launch the 6-seater Maruti Suzuki Ertiga through Nexa dealership with a different name.

Previously, Maruti Suzuki also sold seven-seater version of Ertiga via Arena outlets. Now, it plans to launch Ertiga six seaters via Nexa. The 6-seat premium MPV of Maruti is underpinned from Maruti Ertiga language design but with additional features such as cruise control, LED projector headlamps, tilt steering as well as a body kit.

There are some additional features added on this six-seater model

As for the powertrain, the 6-seaters is likely to come with only the K15B 1.5-litre petrol naturally aspirated engine with four-cylinder and E15A 1.5-litre turbocharged with a four-cylinder diesel engine which has not been to confirmed yet.

In which, the petrol engine is claimed to produce 77 kW (104.69 PS) at 6,000 rpm and 138 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm. Meanwhile, the diesel engine can churn out 70 kW (95.17 PS) at 4,000 rpm and 225 Nm at 1,500-2,500 rpm. All those mentioned figures can be varied slightly since the BSVI were taken into effect.

The car is likely to come with 2 engine options

In terms of the price, the 6-seat Maruti MPV is likely to position at around INR 8.5 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi) for the entry-level configuration and goes up to a whop of INR 12 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
