The CNG model is offered with two trim different variants- Magna and Sportz

When the carmaker launched the all-new Santro back in 2018, both these trims were priced between Rs 5.23 lakh to Rs 5.64 lakh. The BS6 Magna variant is now Rs 62,000 pricier, while top-spec Sportz trim is now Rs 56,000 expensive. The hatchback continues to derive power from the same 1.1-litre four-cylinder motor that produces 69bhp of peak power and 99 Nm of peak torque.

Transmission duties are performed by a 5-speed manual gearbox. Moreover, the features list also remains to be unchanged. Both the trims get a dual-tone interior with an option to upgrade the blacked-out cabin with green accents. The base Magna variant offers a 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth and USB connectivity options. On the other hand, the Sportz trim employs a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Both the models come loaded with features like reverse parking sensors, four power windows, speed sensing auto lock, manual air conditioner and much more. Hyundai offers the Magna and Sportz variants only with a driver-side airbag.

The entry-level hatchback rubs its shoulder with the likes of Maruti Wagon R and Tata Tiago. At the Global NCAP crash tests, Hyundai Santro scored two-star safety rating. It gets 6.74 points out 17 for the adult occupant safety and 15 points out of 49 for child occupant safety. The hatchback comes loaded with safety features like drive side airbag, ABS with EBD, child safety door locks, speed alert system, rear parking sensors and driver/passenger seatbelt reminder as standard.
