Ford Alters Variant Line-up of Figo, Aspire & Freestyle - Prices Updated

Ford Figo, Aspire and Freestyle are among the most important products on Ford’s line-up for the Indian market. These three vehicles share the same platform. Moreover, they are offered with the same set of powertrain options, including 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. In recent years, these offerings from Ford are experiencing a slowdown in sales. Recently, the American car brand has made some changes to the variant line-up of these cars and has updated their prices.

Ford Figo is now available in five variants, including three petrol and two diesel variants

About the Ford Figo, this hatchback is now available with three petrol variants and two diesel variants. The price of the petrol-powered Figo starts at Rs 5.64 lakh while the most affordable diesel Figo variant is priced at Rs 7.74 lakh (ex-showroom). The petrol variants are offered in three trims, Ambiente, Titanium and Titanium Blu. On the other hand, the diesel powertrain is limited to the Titanium and Titanium Blu trims only.

Ford Aspire is priced from Rs 7.24 lakh to Rs 8.69 lakh

Similarly to the Figo and Aspire, the Ford Freestyle derives power from either a 1.2-litre petrol or a 1.5-litre diesel engine. However, the Freestyle comes with more variant options, three petrol and three diesel variants. These variants come in three trims, Titanium, Titanium + and Flair. Prices of the petrol variants range from Rs 7.09 lakh to Rs 7.74 lakh. The diesel range starts from Rs 8.19 lakh and goes up to Rs 8.84 lakh (ex-showroom).

The 1.2-litre petrol that is powering three models has a maximum power of 96 PS and a peak torque of 119 Nm. On the other hand, the diesel motor is more powerful, putting out 100 PS of peak power and 215 Nm of maximum torque. A 5-speed manual gearbox is offered as standard across the range.
