Hyundai Venue Prices Hiked - Old and New Prices Compared

Hyundai has increased the prices of its cars this month. The automaker has announced a price hike of up to Rs 10,000 for its sub-4-meter SUV- Hyundai Venue. Talking about the gasoline variants of Hyundai Venue, the base ‘E’ trim has undergone a price hike of Rs 5,000. The ‘SX Turbo’ and ‘SX (O) Turbo iMT Sport’ variants have seen a price increase of Rs 2,000 and Rs 8,000.

The price of the ‘SX Turbo iMT’ variants remains the same. The prices of all the other variants of the Hyundai SUV have been increased up to Rs 10,000. The diesel variants of the SUV have also seen a price hike of around Rs 10,000. The price of the ‘SX’ variant remains the same, while the ‘SX Sport’ variant has undergone a price increase of Rs 2,000.

In the Indian market, the Hyundai Venue is offered with three different powertrain options. It is powered by a 1.2-litre NA petrol unit, which develops 83 PS of power and 114Nm of torque. It comes paired with a 5-speed MT.

The second one is a 1.5-litre turbo diesel mill, which is capable of shredding out power and torque outputs of 100 PS and 240 Nm. The engine comes coupled to a 6-speed MT. The SUV also gets propelled by a more potent 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol moto, which puts out 120 PS and 172 Nm of torque. Transmission duties are done by a 6-speed MT, 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed DCT.
