Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Tour M launched, priced at Rs 7.99 lakh

Indian carmaker Maruti Suzuki has finally launched a new model of the Ertiga. The new all-new Maruti Suzuki 2019 Ertiga Tour M which is priced at Rs 7.99 lakh ex-showroom. The all-new MPV model meant for people who use their cars for commercial purposes like cab aggregators, taxis, etc. The Ertiga Tour M based on the regular mid-spec VXi trim and, it only comes with a smart hybrid 1.5-litre petrol motor which develops 105 PS of power and 138 Nm of twisting force. It comes mated to a 5-speed MT and 4-speed AT. The Ertiga Tour M comes equipped with features like rear AC vents, electrically adjustable outer mirrors, a colour TFT MID, stereo with Bluetooth compatibility and steering mounted controls. Moreover, it gets safety features like dual front airbags, ABS, rear parking sensors, an 80kmph speed limiter, seatbelt warning, and speed sensitive door locks.

The all-new MPV model meant for people who use their cars for commercial purposes like cab aggregators, taxis, etc.

The normal Ertiga carries a price tag of Rs 7.44 lakh to Rs 11,20,688 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The second-gen Ertiga comes available in 10 different variants. The top of the line variants only comes with a diesel engine option. Other than the 1.5-litre petrol motor, the MPV gets powered by a1.3-litre diesel engine develops power and torque outputs of 89 PS and 200 Nm. Transmission duties are done by a 5-speed MT.

The MPV also gets a much powerful 1.5-litre diesel mill which develops 95 PS of power at 4000 rpm and 225 Nm at 1500-2000 rpm. It comes paired with a 6-speed MT. The second-gen Ertiga comes offered in five distinctive colour shades namely Metallic Magma Grey, Pearl Metallic Oxford Blue, Pearl Arctic White, Metallic Silky Silver and Pearl Metallic Auburn Red. Dimensionally, the MPV is 2395 mm long, 1735 mm wide, 1690 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2470 mm. The car gets 209 mm of boot space (all 3 rows up), 550 mm of space (3rd row folded) and 803-litres of the boot (2nd and 3rd row folded).
