Till now, the carmaker has not confirmed their plans to launch the Jimny SUV for the Indian market. Earlier, Maruti dropped their plans to introduce the SUV in India because they did not see any requirement of a three-door SUV. Introducing a 5-door model of the SUV would be a sensible investment.
