Maruti Suzuki, as the market-leading marquee, has come up with a new scheme to deal with this worrying situation. Recently, Maruti has launched the Services On Wheels initiative. Under this new program, the car manufacturer can deliver at-door services to its customers. Normally, customers need to visit Maruti’s workshamrutiop to get their car checked and serviced. At the moment, Maruti Suzuki possesses the largest car service network with more than 3,600 service workshops across the country. With the new initiative, the car manufacturer can make its service even more accessible and effective. The new program can make it easier for customers living in the remote area. Customers from urban areas who prefer quick services can also benefit from the new initiative.

Maruti Suzuki's “Service On Wheels” will provide mobile and flexible services

Services on Wheel provides both free and paid services that a standard Maruti service centre can offer. Equipped with modern tools and advanced technology, it also includes other services like underbody inspection, oil changing, cleaning and the likes. All vehicles across Maruti’s range, from diesel, petrol to CNG are included under this new initiative.

Maruti is not the only carmaker that delivers services at the doorstep. Toyota also currently introduced its own mobile service workshop. Besides these popular car brands, Mercedes, a luxury car brand, also provides its own services on wheel. This type of service helps the car brand to approach customers from remote areas.
