It is an American truck producer headquartered in Portland, Oregon, United States. The car company is a division of Daimler Trucks North America and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the German Daimler AG.

Wiesmann GmbH was a German automaker which produced hand-built custom convertibles. Wanderer was a manufacturer of automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. in Germany. The Wanderer Sigma factory of Auto Union was demolished in 1945, marking the end of the business.
