Monster Trucks To Be Organized For The First Time In India

The American Monster Truck Association has announced that it would introduce ‘The Monster Experience’ to India. The shows will be divided into two phases. In the first one, the shows will take place in four cities: tentatively Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. In the second one, the shows will be organized in a league format, manipulating the proper Indian infrastructural base.

Monster trucks shows have been successfully organized in the USA. The shows entail the “dancing” of massive trucks which are 12 feet in height, 20 feet in length with 5-feet high tyres, which translate into a kerb weight of up to 4500kgs. The specific format and activity list will be announced later, at the beginning of 2019.

Commenting on the event, Lalit Bhatnagar, Partner, Starlight108 Medi stated,

 “India is a fascinating and colourful country; we are very delighted to finally come over to India. We will be creating a lot of customized content and formats keeping the Indian market in mind. We have worked on every single aspect of building an India showcase tour for over a year with our Indian partners and feel we are now ready to create something which is going to be unique, special and exciting experience for all.”

Whether the shows will last in India for long or not will rely on the infrastructure in India. Starlight108 is intending to establish a thorough infrastructure base in India which will cater for both the Indian auto markets and other countries in Asia countries. Promo activities targeting schools, malls, colleges and other public places will also be organized to raise people’s awareness of the Monster Trucks as an adventurous end entertaining sports event that the American Monster Truck Association offers to India. Monster Truck Shows, which are popular with all generations in the USA: children, adolescents and the elderly, are also expected to be revised so that they will be suitable for Indian sports cars enthusiasts. Let’s hope that the “Monster Trucks” event will be a success in India, and then other Asian countries!
