The 2020 Hyundai Creta has just come to us for quite a while but it has quickly taken the leaf out of the book of the previous-gen car to become the greatest hit in the Indian auto market. Despite being new to the game, the new Hyundai Creta, especially the base trim, has been a favourite choice among the car modifications and customization circles. Since the Hyundai Creta base model is the less feature-rich car in the range, the car’s owners have added more flair and flavours by giving the car some massive customization jobs. Previously, we reported you a 2020 Hyundai Creta base variant with aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system. Now, here’s a look at a new Hyundai Creta base model installed with an aftermarket 360-degree camera. Check it out!
This video was uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their Youtube channel, showing all the changes that the new Creta has been provided with. In fact, the modifications done to this Creta are quite similar to that of earlier modified Creta. The stock front grille of the Creta base trim has been removed and replaced by the one of the top-end trim, thereby adding more its premium look. Other than that, it also gets projector HID headlamps and a new set of fog lamps along with air ducts, which are not offered on the original E trim model. The major highlight among the modifications on the Hyundai Creta is the 360-degree camera which has been neatly kitted out on the front grille and ORVMs.
Moving to the interior, the Hyundai Creta 2020 base model has witnessed a dual-tone cabin with upgraded seats. The car’s owner has given the seats ultra-soft upholstery finished in a shade of ice pearl. There are also genuine steering-mounted controls with an aftermarket touchscreen for the infotainment that displays the feed from the camera, updated speakers with newly-added three-layer damping. Black leatherette wraps have been given to the door pads, steering wheel and armrests as well.
The 2020 Hyundai Creta is available with two petrol and one diesel engine including a 1.5-litre MPi petrol, 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel motor and a 1.4-litre turbo-petrol unit. Transmission choices for the Creta include a 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT (for the diesel engine), a 6-speed IVT (for the 1.5-litre petrol) along with a 7-speed DCT (for the 1.4-litre turbo-petrol unit).
