The mechanical specifications of this modified Suzuki Jimny remain unchanged. The India-bound Jimny (or the Jimny Sierra in Japan) receives its power from a 1.5-litre gasoline burner, which can deliver 102 HP against 130 Nm and is mated to a 5-speed MT/4-speed torque converter gearbox. A Kei-car version is also available and is exclusive to the Japanese auto market. It comes with the same exterior and interior design but is powered by a smaller 660cc turbo petrol motor which is good for only 64 HP and 94 Nm.
