Frustrated BMW X1 Owner Uses His Luxury SUV to Collect Garbage

Car dealers around the country generate most of their profits from the aftersales services. But earlier we have seen a lot of people facing issue with their cars, and thus showing their aggression towards the brand in different after failing to receive services from the carmakers. Here’s a recent video where a BMW X1 owner from Ranchi, Jharkhand shows his aggression towards the luxury brand by using their car to pick up garbage from streets. The owner of this car bought his brand new BMW X1 a few months back. He was quite annoyed by the issues he was facing with the vehicle and the response he got from the service centre regarding the issues. To show his disappointment towards the carmaker, he used the luxury SUV to pick up garbage. 

The owner said that he bought the BMW X1 sDrive20d from company’s authorized dealership from Ranchi, Jharkhand. After buying the SUV, he had a major puncture, and it was damaged badly. Then he took his car to the dealership, and the service personnel suggested him to use the spare wheel, and they did not repair or replace the wheel. After using the spare wheel for a few days the axle lost the alignment, and to repair that problem, the owner of the car had to file an insurance claim. There were a few more issues with the SUV, which the owner did not mention. Nevertheless, he says that he is extremely unsatisfied with the BMW service centre.

The owner of the car also said that many other BMW owners in the city are also facing issues because of the service centre, and they have plans to log a case against the BMW dealership. The owner of the car gifted the luxury SUV to his parents. He also owns a BMW Z4, and he loves that car. He said that he doesn’t have any grudges against the brand, but is extremely disappointed with their official car dealership. It will be quite interesting to see how the car manufacturer will respond to the this incident.
