Here’s the ‘Black Edition’ version of the 2020 Hyundai Creta. The modifier has made subtle tweaks on outside and inside. 

A few months back, India’s second-largest carmaker Hyundai launched the new-gen Creta. The 2020 Hyundai Creta is the top-selling SUVs in its segment. It rubs shoulders with the likes of Kia Seltos and Nissan Kicks. The all-new Hyundai Creta is quite popular for its distinctive and modern looks. Enthusiasts around the country are modifying it to make look more unique and eye-catching. Here are a few images of the new-gen Creta, where the modifier has tried to give it a ‘Black Edition’ look.

Talking about the modifications, the front grille of the SUV is finished in piano black colour shade. On the side, one can see that the alloy wheels of the car are also painted in gloss black colour shade. The roof panel and roof rails feature the same colour as the one on the front grille and alloy wheels. There are a few tweaks done inside the cabin of the car. This Hyundai Creta employs aftermarket blacked-out seat covers.

The blacked-out interior of the car gels up well with the ‘Black Edition’ theme of the SUV, and make the car look more premium. Talking about the 2020 Hyundai Creta, the SUV derives power from three different engine options. It is powered by 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine. The former puts out power and torque outputs of 115 PS and 144 Nm, while the latter develops 115 PS and 250 Nm of twisting force.

The SUV also gets propelled by a smaller 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol motor that produces 140 PS of peak power and 242 Nm of peak torque. The engines are offered with both manual and automatic transmission options. It comes loaded with features like an electric panoramic sunroof, remote start, electronic parking brake with auto hold, paddle shifters and one-touch cruise control, touch-enabled air purifier, Hyundai’s BlueLink connected car technology with voice command, ventilated seats and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Voice Command and Navigation.
