Take a look at this modified example of the newly-launched Nissan Magnite. It now gets a custom red-black theme for the interior. Read more about it here.

Nissan Magnite has managed to garner over 30,000 bookings in just a month from its launch. With a starting price of Rs. 5.49 lakh, the Nissan Magnite comes up as the cheapest offering in sub-4m compact-SUV space. The lowest starting price along with sharp styling, feature-loaded cabin, and 4-star crash test rating has helped the Magnite receive a warm response from the Indian consumers. Since the deliveries of the Magnite have still not begun in full swing; it is really tough to come across a modified example. However, here’s one, which now features a custom leather-trimmed, dual-tone interior. We came across the video of this modified Nissan Magnite via the YouTube channel of Car Stylein.

In the video, the host starts by showcasing the stock interior of the Nissan Magnite. It is the top-spec XV trim of the car. Thus, it comes with an all-black theme for the interior. The door pads are also trimmed with a denim-like material. Then, the host shows the modified interior of the Magnite, which feature a dual-tone theme with red and black colours. The denim inserts seen on the door pads are replaced with black leather, with contrast red stitching. A similar theme is carried over to the seats and steering wheel as well. The dashboard of the Nissan Magnite comes with a 3d design on the centre trim, which has been finished in red paint scheme here. Overall, the modification job looks quite appealing; however, the red insert on the dashboard is a bit too loud for our liking.

Talking of the Magnite's specifications, it is available with two engine options – 1.0L naturally aspirated petrol and 1.0L turbocharged petrol. The naturally aspirated motor is capable of pushing out a rated power output of 72 PS and max torque of 96 Nm. The turbo-petrol engine, on the other hand, can dish out a rated power and torque output of 100 PS and 160 Nm, respectively. Both of these engines come standard with a 5-speed manual gearbox, but the turbo-petrol trims can also be had with the optional CVT. With the prices ranging from Rs. 5.49 lakh to Rs. 9.59 lakh, the Magnite rivals the likes of Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue and more.
