Here are a few images of Renault Kwid, which employs multi-spoke alloy wheels. Moreover, the car gets a lot of chrome-finished accessories.
Renault Kwid is the most affordable car in the automakers stable. In its segment, it rivals with the likes of Maruti Altro and Hyundai Santro. It is also one of the best-selling cars offered by the carmaker in the Indian market. The main objective of a new buyer to buy an entry-level car is to get an affordable everyday commuter. It’s quite surprising to see people modifying an entry-level vehicle. Here’s one such customized Renault Kwid, which gets aftermarket alloy wheels.
The stock model of the hatchback comes with 14-inch steel wheels. The Renault Kwid you see here features multi-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels. The exact size of these aftermarket rims is now known, but it seems to be 14-inchers. Upfront, the disc brake callipers of the hatchback are also coloured in red colour shade, which enhances the sporty look of the car. These alloy units look quite premium on the Renault hatchback. These alloy wheels are of Plati brand and the custom job has been done by Monga Tyres, Ludhiana Punjab. Upfront it employs aftermarket chrome inserts for the front grille, fog lamp housing and for the lower part of the bumper. On the side, the door handles of the car get the same chrome inserts. Other than this, no customizations have been done on the hatchback.
Talking about Renault Kwid, it derives power from an 800cc and 1000cc powertrain. The former puts out 53bhp of power and 72 Nm of torque, while the latter develops power and torque outputs of 67bhp and 91 Nm, respectively. The 800cc motor comes coupled to a 5-speed MT, while the 1000cc powertrain is offered with a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT. Inside, it comes loaded with features like a touchscreen infotainment system, a fully-digital instrument console, power windows 12V charging socket and so on. It is among the top-selling cars offered by the automaker in the Indian market.
