Tata Tiago Limited Edition Detailed in Walkaround Video, Priced at Rs. 5.79 Lakh

Tata Motors is constant on revising its vehicle line-up at short intervals. The brand is doing so by either introducing new variants or limited edition models in the range. While the brand has launched the new iTurbo trim of the Altroz in the Indian market, the smaller Tiago’s gets a new limited edition model that is based on the XT trim. With a price increment of Rs. 30,000 over the XT variant, the limited edition Tiago comes with a few extras that make it as much loaded as the XZ trim. Here’s a walkaround video from the YouTube channel of Her Garage, which shares the details of the changes that limited edition model gets in comparison to the XT variant.

In the video, the host starts by explaining the changes it boasts of on the outside. The most noticeable of all is the addition of 14-inch alloy wheels which are painted in a shade of black. In contrast, the XT variant is offered with 14-inch steel wheels. Interestingly, this is the only change on the outside. On the inside, however, there are a lot of differences in comparison to the XT variant. It gets a rear parcel shelf along and a 5-inch touchscreen infotainment unit. The XT trim misses out on both of these features. Moreover, the infotainment unit comes with the added convenience of image and video playback. Also, it gets a lot of safety features, such as ABS with EBD, front airbags, seatbelt alarm, high-speed alert, seatbelt with pre-tensioners and load limiters, reverse parking sensors with display and more.

Powering the Tata Tiago’s limited edition is the same 1.2L Revotron motor. The naturally-aspirated, 3-pot petrol motor is good at churning out a rated power output of 86 PS and max torque of 113 Nm. The limited edition model of the Tiago is available with a 5-speed manual gearbox only. Although, the regular variants can be had with the optional 5-speed AMT as well. In comparison to the XT trim, the limited edition model offers better VFM as it gets more features at a slightly higher price tag.
