Tata Tiago Limited Edition Detailed In Walkaround Video At Showroom

The Tata Tiago’s combination of attractive pricing and feature-loaded variants make it one of the most successful Tata vehicles. In fact, it was the third highest-selling Tata last month after the new Altroz and Nexon. And recently, Tata Motors has introduced a Limited Edition model of the Tiago to commemorate one year since the hatchback got a facelift. It is based on the mid-range XT variant and will be limited to only 2,000 units. Priced at Rs 5.79 lakh, it is Rs 30,000 more expensive than the standard variant but it does get some additional features. Today we have this walkaround video of the Tiago Limited Edition at an official Tata showroom.

The Limited Edition gets three new exclusive colours - Flame Red, Daytona Grey, and Pearlescent White. The limited-edition also gets 14-inch alloys finished in a shade of black, and it looks similar to the pre-facelift design. Over to the interior, there’s a new 5-inch touchscreen infotainment system which features voice-command recognition, reversing camera display and 3D navigation via Navimaps, and a 4-speaker audio system from Harman. Sadly unlike its elder sibling the Altroz, the Tiago unit loses out on Apple Carplay or Android Auto integration.

That said, the Tata Tiago is one of the most feature-loaded and safest cars in its segment. It is the safest, scoring 4-stars in the Global NCAP crash test safety ratings. The Tiago comes with features like dual-front airbags, ABS with EBD, roll-over mitigation, seat belt alarm, high-speed alert, seat belt with pre-tensioners and load limiters, reverse parking sensors, and ISOFIX child seat anchorages. Also, the range-topping trim of Tiago boasts of a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with 8-speaker HARMAN-tuned sound system.

Prices for the Tata Tiago range between Rs 4.70 lakh for the XE base trim and goes up to Rs 6.74 lakh for the XZA+ AMT range-topper. The Tiago only offers the choice of one engine currently, which is a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder petrol which makes 85 PS of peak power and 113 Nm of max torque. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. Do note that all prices are ex-showroom, respectively.
