Here’s one such customized Maruti Alto K10, which employs a few aftermarket equipments.

Maruti Alto is one of the most popular hatchbacks offered by the carmaker in the Indian market. In its segment, it rubs shoulders with the likes of Datsun Redi-GO and Renault Kwid. It is known among the buyers for its compact dimensions, cheap aftersales services and aggressive price tag. Enthusiasts around the country also customize the entry-level cars because they look sportier after getting modified. Here’s one such customized Maruti Alto K10, which looks quite eye-catching after a few modifications. Talking about the modifications, upfront, the hatchback gets a revised bumper, which consists of a massive air dam along with a red coloured towing hook.

The front fascia of the hatchback also gets aftermarket LED fog lamps, which has enhanced the overall premium look of the car. Moreover, to give the hatchback a sportier look, the bumper of the car features an aftermarket skirt splitter. The modifier has painted the Suzuki logo in gloss blue colour shade. The side profile of the car that is now clearly visible, but one can see in the image that it gets sporty looking multi-spoke alloy wheels, which are shod with aftermarket tyres. Other than this no customizations have been done on the hatchback. The overall cost of all these modifications is not known, but it doesn’t seem to be that expensive.

Maruti discontinued the Alto K10 from our market early this year. Now, the hatchback is only offered with an 800cc gasoline mill, which is capable of shredding out 47bhp of power and 69 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are done by a 5-speed MT. The carmaker also offers a CNG-equipped trim of the hatchback, which develops power and torque outputs of 40bhp and 60 Nm. The petrol model of the car is rated to offer 22kmpl of fuel-efficiency, while the CNG version of the hatchback offers 31kmpl of mileage. The Maruti Alto is retailed at a starting price of Rs 2.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the entry-level variant.
