Here’s a digital rendering of the next generation Ford EcoSport that has been prepared after taking huge inspiration from the 2020 Ford Bronco Sport.

Ford recently re-introduced the new-gen Bronco in three different versions- 2-Door Bronco, 4-Door and the Bronco Sport. The Ford Bronco Sport is the smallest SUV in the Bronco family. It is based on the platform of Ford Escape and directly rivals with the likes of Jeep Compass. Earlier, reports suggested that the automaker is planning to introduce an all-new small SUV which will sit under Bronco Sport in the carmaker’s line-up. The upcoming new SUV could be the new-gen Ford EcoSport, which is likely to be introduced in late 2021 or early 2022.

The all-new Ford EcoSport is expected to be based on the existing B platform but grow in size to compete with the likes of Jeep Renegade. Here a new digital rendering of the upcoming new-gen Ford EcoSport that visualizes the upcoming SUV as a mini Bronco Sport. Upfront, the SUV looks stylish and very similar to the Bronco Sport.

It gets round headlamps with C-shaped LED DRLs, huge two-tone bumper with horizontally stacked LED fog lamps and ECOSPORT lettering at the front grille along with a flat bonnet. It also gets upright pillar, roof rails, LED taillights, ECOSPORT lettering on the boot lid, roof-mounted stop lamp, blacked-out pillars and two-tone bumper. It seems like the digital artist has tried to make the SUV as a compact and robust off-roader.
