2021 Ford Endeavour Exterior Leaked, Looks Bold and Rugged

Ford is working on updating the Ford Ranger pickup. The next-generation model is likely to be launch in the upcoming years. Recently, a series of images of the new-gen pick-up without disguise were leaked online. On the first glance, it seems that the next-gen Ranger pickup is inspired by the design of the F-Series trucks. Some pieces of evidence are the new chunky front grille, larger glass housing, wider stance, squarish silhouette. In particular, the new Ford Ranger is taking design cues from the 2020 US-spec Super Duty F-250 with the more or less similar grille finish, rectangular foglights, C-shaped LED headlights, wheels, bumper and taillight.

Debuted back in 2003, the Ford Ranger-based SUV bears different names for different markets. Known as the Ford Everest internationally, this vehicle changes its name to Everest in our market. The current model of the Ford Endeavor has been on sale for four years. Back in 2016, Ford introduced the existing version of the Endeavor in India. Soon after, the then-new model was warmly received by India customers until Toyota launched the latest model of the Fortuner which quickly stole the show. Recently this year, Ford has given a mild facelift to the existing model. It is expected that the new-gen model will be introduced by 2021.

Next-gen Ford Endeavor is expected to become more rugged and aggressive

The new model of the Ford Ranger also previews the future of the Ford Endeavor. Apart from sharing the same platform, the Endeavour, in all likelihood, will be inspired by the upcoming Ranger. In other words, the next Ford Endeavour is expected to appear more rugged and aggressively, just like the new Ranger. On the inside, it is likely that Ford will apply its recent design philosophy with larger touchscreen infotainment system, smaller steering wheels. Also, the use of physical buttons is limited to Ford’s latest design language. It is expected that the Ford will carry these features to the cabin of the new Endeavor.

Recently, in the international market, Ford Endeavor, or Ford Everest, is given a new 2.0-litre four-cylinder dual turbocharged diesel engine which is sourced from Ranger Raptor. This engine is good for 213 PS and 500 Nm and paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, along with the new engine addition, the Ford Endeavor also gets updates for revised suspension.
