Bharat Petroleum Initiates Door To Door Diesel Delivery In Noida

Bharat Petroleum has now started doorstep delivery of diesel for commercial and bulk consumers in Noida. Bharat Petroleum has initiated delivery of diesel from Shaheed Ramendra Pratap Singh Petrol Pump, situated at Noida Sector-95. As per BPCL, this aid will benefit malls, large transporters, construction sites, housing societies, hospitals, malls, banks, and small and big industries. One can book diesel through the "FillNow" mobile app; an application made by Noida-based Synergy Teletech Pvt Ltd. The fuel-delivery truck will come fitted with a mobile dispenser along with a 4,000-litre fuel tank. The main aim of this service is to make sure a hassle-free supply of fuel to its customers. Moreover, they also elude unnecessary fuel spillage, unsafe handling, and pilferage.

Kiriti Kumar, Sales officer, BPCL said,

“Presently, we are providing this facility to the industrial need like malls, small and heavy manufacturing industries. In the future, the government is planning to extend this facility to individual car owners. Through this Bowser (door-to-door delivery vehicle) the safety aspect is taken care of. Furthermore, the quality and quantity are also assured as we have fuel which will be dispensed assuring the correct quantity and right quantity directly from BPCL Pump. Bowser has a geofencing system which ensures that fuel will be delivered only at ordered locations. Hence, no other fuel can be added or pilfered in between transportation.”

As per BPCL, once a consumer downloads the FillNow application, they can choose the delivery location. After that, the customer's address will be sent to the company’s server. Once a customer places an order, it will share customer details to the concerned BPCL dealer. These customer details consist of name, phone number, quantity of fuel required, address, and time of delivery. After receiving the order request, the fuel-delivery vehicle arrives at the destination and dispenses diesel via automation. The fuel vehicle comes equipped with safety features like a fire extinguisher and safety cones.
