At just one click, you can now purchase a new Hyundai car online and get the car delivered at your doorsteps.
Carmakers in India are finding many smart ways to reach out to customers as well as curb the declining sales figure caused by the nation-wide lockdown. In fact, many automotive companies are looking to enhance their online services in India to attract more prospective buyers during the time when the citizens of the country has confined themselves to their respective homes. India’s second-largest automaker, Hyundai, also doesn’t want to lag behind. The South Korean company on recently launched its “Click to Buy” platform which enables the customers to buy a Hyundai car, inluding the recently launched 2020 Creta and Verna facelift, right at their fingertips.
After having a pilot run with some dealers based out in Delhi-NCR in January 2020, Hyundai has integrated more than 500 dealerships across the country under the new service.

The program is claimed to be safe, simple and convenient to use as buyers only have to log online to Hyundai’s website: clicktobuy.hyundai.co-in through their PC or even mobile devices and make a pick. All Hyundai models including the recently-launched 2020 Hyundai Creta and 2020 Hyundai Verna are also available on this online platform.

Speaking on the pan-India implementation of the new online retail platform, Hyundai Motor India’s MD & CEO, Mr SS Kim said,
“Hyundai has pioneered the digital sales arena in India with ‘Click to Buy’ that is India’s first online sales platform offering the new-age digital customer a seamless and convenient option to remotely purchase new Hyundai cars from the safety of their homes. Over the last decade, retail sales has been witness to a paradigm shift with new-age customers heavily inclined to online purchase of products. With pan India integration of Dealerships under ‘Click to Buy’, Hyundai is offering its tech-savvy customers a transparent and easy way of purchasing their favourite Hyundai cars. The ‘Click to Buy’ platform will act as an additional sales channel for all our Dealerships across India thereby creating additional opportunities for remote interaction with customers and facilitation of sale even during periods when customers are unable to visit showrooms.”
Hyundai also makes the various delivery methods for their prospective buyers to choose from. Buyers can choose to pick up their car at the desired dealership or have the car delivered to their preferred address, whatever they want. A concierge service is also provided by the company to satisfy the requirements from the customers. That said, Hyundai’s Click to Buy platform is expected to provide the utmost convenience for the new-age buyers who prefer buying things online.
