Mahindra Bolero Limited Edition Offers A More Bolder Look

Recently, Mahindra Customization scheduled to launch a limited edition for the Mahindra Bolero which offers a bolder look than the stock model with radical styling updates.

First launched in 2000 and based on the Armada platform, the Bolero SUV from the domestic automaker, Mahindra, has marked several achievements. In which, the average monthly sale calculated between July and December 2018 is 6,212 units. Recently, Mahindra Customization which is the Mahindra’s own modification arm has introduced the jazzed-up version of Mahindra Bolero.

To be specific, as regard of the front look, it offers a massive grille extending to the lower half of the new bumper. The new fog lamps are now available along with the projector fixtures, and a bonnet scoop. Notably, the LED cluster has been designed to sit above the headlamps. 

On the side profile, the Mahindra Bolero Limited Edition features a host of remarkable characters such as 

  • Black-painted five-spoke alloy wheels

  • Custom-made wheel arches 

  • Custom-made matte black side-scoops 

  • Custom side footsteps

At the rear, the Bolero is updated with a new spare wheel cover and an updated rear bumper.

The rear is also updated with a slightly different look compared to the outgoing model

As for the interiors, the Mahindra Bolero Limited Edition is impressive with the following updates such as 

  • Revised colour scheme

  • Circular aircon vents 

  • Map pockets at door pads

  • Bottle holders 

  • New floor carpets 

  • Roof lining 

  • New MP3 player 

  • Re-upholstered bucket seats 

  • Foldable armrests

Concerning the specification, the Mahindra Bolero Limited Edition still offers the same specs as the outgoing model. The engine option still stays the same with 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder twin-scroll turbocharged oil-burner engine which can churn out a maximum power of 70 hp and a peak torque of 195 Nm. 

Additionally, the UV is available with a 2.5-litre M2DICR turbocharged diesel engine motor which can generate 63 hp and 180 Nm. The two engine options come mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
