Under Renault Winter Camp, customers can avail up a lot of benefits on car accessories, spare parts, labour charges among others.
Renault India has recently announced a week-long after-sales service initiative named “Renault Winter Camp” across its service facilities in India. The commencement of “Renault Winter Camp” will help reinforce the relationship between the French carmaker and the Indian buyers. This program will be effective till November 29, 2020.
When the colder and harsher winter season is almost around the corner, Renault India would like to bring in a more peaceful car ownership experience for its customers while using Renault cars. Customers can benefit from a comprehensive checkup for its vehicles at any of 475+ service touchpoints of the company across India.
As claimed by the company, their well-trained service technicians/experts would be dedicated to give the utmost care needed for the vehicles. This would be done in line with the safety concerns and social distancing measures, given the current coronavirus pandemic plaguing the country. All customers visiting Renault service facilities and dealerships will receive a pack of protective facemasks and car perfume. Other than that, “Renault Winter Camp” also offers a 50% discount on vehicle cleaning as well as disinfection treatments to the Renault car’s owners.
Under the new initiative, customers can avail exclusive benefits of up to 50% discount on select accessories, 10% discount on spare parts, 15% discount offered on labour charges among other value-added benefits. A 10% discount will be offered on “Renault Secure” scheme which covers some kinds of service like the extended warranty and roadside assistance. The customers who registered an account on “MyRenault” application can benefit from an additional 5% discount on engine oil replacement, select parts and accessories.
Currently, Renault is selling three products in the Indian market, namely Kwid, Triber and Duster in its Indian lineup. The French company gets a widespread network of over 415 sales and 475 service touchpoints, including 200+ Workshop on Wheels across India. Recently, Renault has shed the veils off its all-new Kiger compact SUV which is set to join the highly-contested sub-four-metre SUV segment next year.
