Skoda has dropped new sketches of its upcoming compact SUV called Skoda Vision IN. It is confirmed that Skoda has pinpointed 5 February to be the official revealing day of this compact SUV. The recent sketches have suggested the overall look of the new SUV and helped us to imagine how the final production version of the car would look like. Skoda will bring the Skoda Vision IN into production in 2020 or 2021. The official launch is expected to occur around middle 2021.

Skoda Vision IN takes great inspiration from the Skoda Kamiq

As per the latest sketches, Skoda Vision N is strongly inspired by the design of the Skoda Kamiq. On the front end, the Vision N will sport Skoda’s signature front grille with heavy chrome garnish. Also, the Vision N also gets the split-up headlight setting with two projector headlights flanking the central chrome grille. This headlight design style is currently on-trend in the market, making the new Skoda’s compact SUV look fashionable and relevant.

Besides the sketch of the fascia, the second sketch reveals the rear-end design. The rear of the new SUV will come with a full-LED taillight which looks similar to the one of Kodiaq. However, just like the front design, the rear strongly reminds us of the current Skoda Kamiq. The rear design gets a sleek design with Skoda lettering running across the boot lid. The sketch also suggests heavy use of cladding for the bumper. It is likely that the Skoda compact SUV will get roof-rail and alloy wheels.
