Mahindra Thar "Draco" by Mahindra Adventures

Conducted by Sarblo Motors in Punjab, this SUV is the latest Mahindra Thar modifications. Debuted at the Autocar Performance Show 2018, it appears to have an impressive road presence with a metallic blue paint scheme on the outside, a bonnet which has ‘flame’ decorations, front fenders and doors. The most remarkable customised feature on this vehicle is the new wheelset which has been equipped with massive off-road tyres so that the SUV can have a much more masculine appearance than the standard model. Moreover, Mahindra has also added a roll cage and a plastic snorkel in the front; high-positioned restyled fenders on the side profile; and bumpers in the rear.

Despite the thorough modifications to the exterior, the Mahindra Adventures "Draco" borrows the 2.5L diesel motor from the regular model which can deliver a maximum power of 105 bhp and a peak torque of 247 Nm as the regular model. The transmission duties are implemented by the conventional 5-speed MT unit.

It took a customizer in Delhi two years and Rs 10 lakh to complete the Arche Muscle Truck Concept, which is based on the Mahindra Thar. This off-road vehicle has a much bolder and angular look than the traditional one.
