2021 Maruti Swift Facelift Employs Aftermarket Alloy Wheels to Look Cool

Maruti Suzuki has recently launched the new Swift facelift in the Indian market. The updated version of the hatchback employs subtle cosmetic tweaks on the outside and on the inside as well. In its segment, it rivals the likes of Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Ford Figo. Enthusiasts around India have already started customizing the updated Maruti hatchback as per their preference to make it look more striking. The regular model of the car comes with aggressive-looking, two-tone alloy wheels. The Maruti Swift you see here features multi-spoke 16-inch aftermarket alloy wheels. These silver-coloured rims are gelling up well with the overall white colour shade of the hatchback. The aftermarket rims have also enhanced the overall stance of the facelifted Maruti Swift. The mod job has been done by Velocity Tyres, which is situated in Ludhiana, Punjab. Moreover, it also gets aftermarket C-shaped LED DRLs, which surround the fog lamps.

Other than this, no customizations have been done on the hatchback. Talking about the facelifted Maruti Swift, it gets propelled by a 1.2-litre Dualjet, petrol motor, which is now tuned to produce 90 PS of peak power and 113 Nm of twisting force. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT. The MT variant is rated to offer 23.20kmpl of mileage, and the AT is rated to offer an ARAI certified mileage of 23.76kmpl. Inside, it now comes loaded with features like cruise control, idle start and stop system, and key synchronized automatically-foldable . The new model of the hatchback is offered in five different trim levels namely- LXI, VXI, ZXI, ZXI+ and ZXI+ Dual Tone. The 2021 Maruti Swift gets retailed at a starting price of Rs 5.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base model.
