Moreover, he also tagged Matthew Hayden in the tweet. The tweet stated “A friend sent me this pic of Matthew Hayden outside the Gabba where #IndiavsAustralia was going down to the wire. Earlier, Mathew Hayden has also done a video the Pickup, where he tells what he thinks about the new-gen model of Pickup, which is based on the Scorpio Getaway. Moreover, he has also done a video where he tells how the Mahindra XUV500 is a perfect family car. In the Australia market, the Mahindra XUV500 is propelled by a 2.2-litre turbocharged gasoline engine, which puts out power and torque outputs of 140bhp and 320 Nm, which is class-leading as per Mahindra. The entry-level trim of the SUV is offered in front-wheel-drive configuration and comes paired with a 6-speed Aisin automatic gearbox, while the top-spec trims of the car are offered with an all-wheel-drive powertrain.
In India, the turbo petrol mill and all-wheel-drive trim got discontinued. In our market, the ongoing model of Mahindra XUV500 is powered by a 2.2-litre diesel mill, which develops 155 PS of peak power and 360 Nm of twisting force. Transmission duties are done by a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. In the coming months, Mahindra will launch the new-gen model of XUV500 and Scorpio. Both SUVs will get propelled by a petrol and diesel mill. The engine options are offered with the new-gen Mahindra Thar.
