Kia Seltos Starts Reaching Dealerships Across India

Here a new walkaround video of Kia Seltos which reveals the looks and features of the upcoming Tata Harrier and MG Hector rival

The Korean carmaker Kia is all set to launch its first product, Seltos, into the Indian market on 22nd August. The manufacturer has also started accepting the booking for the car and has even initiated delivering the test units and display units to the dealerships. Prospective customers can visit the brand new outlets of the carmaker to experience te upcoming Tata Harrier and MG Hector rival. Here is a new video uploaded by AutoTrend TV that shows the India-spec Seltos from all the sides. The video is shot at an authorized Kia dealership situated in Coimbatore. Moreover, the variant seen in the video is the top-spec GT Line model. 

The Kia Seltos shown in the video gets a smart looking gloss black grille bordered with chrome elements along with some diamond impressions. Moreover, the video also displays the sleek headlamps and heartbeat shaped LED DRLs (Day Time Running Lights). The Seltos employs LED lamps integrated into the grill, which looks quite stylish and engaging. As compared to other variants, the GT line trim of the Kia Seltos gets a different set of alloy wheels. The SUV is equipped with sporty looking 17-inch, diamond-cut alloy wheels along with disc brakes on all the four wheels. The rear section of the car features massive taillamps, chrome grille with integrated reverse light. On the inside, the car gets buttons to control the infotainment system, voice commands, Cruise control and telephone features. It also comes with a leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel along with elegant red stitching.

The manufacturer has also started accepting the booking for the car and, Kia has also initiated delivering the test units and displaying units to the dealerships.

Moreover, the Kia Seltos GT Line employs a black dashboard with soft and hard plastic. The infotainment needs are taken care of by a 10.25-inch floating-type touchscreen. Powering the Kia Seltos is a 1.5-litre petrol motor and a 1.5-litre oil burner, along with a more powerful, 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine. Transmission duties will be courtesy 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, 7-DCT and CVT units.
