Here's a modified Maruti Wagon R limousine which looks quirky and boasts of increased practicality. Take a look at it here.

When the first Maruti Wagon R was launched in the last millennium in 1999, it started the era of the tallboy hatchbacks along with the Hyundai Santro. Over its two decades on sale, it has remained one of the best-selling cars in India. Consumers have loved its spacious interiors, frugal engine and attractive prices since its launch. The Wagon R has been a hugely successful car in any way you look at it. Though it is a huge seller, it comparatively doesn’t have the biggest aftermarket modifying community around it. Buyers purchase the Wagon R for its practicality rather than styling, so they don’t care much about modifying. Today, however, we have got this modified Wagon R limousine for you which may give you mixed feelings.

This modified Maruti Wagon R is on sale on an online platform from Pakistan, and as you can see in the pictures, it is a limousine mod. Like any limousine, this Wagon R has been cut and extended from the model. While the details do not share the length of the vehicle, it is much longer than the stock version. The Wagon R limousine as gets an extra pair of doors for the middle row and is now a 7-seater, making it truly unique a Wagon R. Other exterior changes are kept to a minimum. The only noticeable change is a new set of spoked aftermarket rims.

This Wagon R limousine also features a revised seating layout. With the larger rear cabin space, it can accommodate four adults comfortably. In comes a new bench seat in the middle of the vehicle, and is in reverse orientation, instead of all forward-facing seats in most MPVs. Except for the seats, the interior remains largely stock, except a new aftermarket infotainment system. There’s no mention of any mechanical changes and the engine should remain in stock trim. In Pakistan, the WagonR gets a 660cc, three-cylinder petrol engine and the price is about Rs 12 lakh.
