A few months back, Honda introduced the new-gen City in the Indian market. The fifth-gen model of the sedan rivals with the likes of Hyundai Verna, Maruti Ciaz, VW Vento and Skoda Rapid. Modifiers around the country have also started customizing the all-new model of the car to make it look more eye-catching. Here’s the first-ever customized new-gen City with aftermarket alloy wheels.

Honda City Outsells Maruti Ciaz Yet Again!

The regular model of the sedan gets 16-inch, two-tone, sporty looking alloy wheels. The 2020 Honda City you see here employs 16-inch multi-spoke AD bronze alloy wheels. The colour of alloy wheels makes the sedan look premium and enhances the overall stance of the car. These aftermarket alloy wheels are wrapped with Yokohama Earth 1 tyres. These aftermarket alloy wheels are of Plati brand, and this modification job has been done by Kaps Tyre Express, Goa.

The overall cost of this modification is not known, but it seems to be quite expensive. These aftermarket alloy wheels look more premium and classier than the alloy wheels offered with the regular model of the sedan. Talking about the new-gen Honda City, it is offered with two engine options - 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel. The former develops 119bhp of peak power and 145 Nm of peak torque, while the latter produces 98bhp of max power and 200 Nm of twisting force. The petrol engine comes paired to either a 6-speed MT or a CVT, while the diesel mill only comes coupled to a 6-speed MT.
